For time:

225 pound Deadlift, 21 reps
50 Squats
135 pound Push press, 21 reps
225 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
50 Squats
135 pound Push press, 15 reps
225 pound Deadlift, 9 reps
50 Squats
135 pound Push press, 9 reps

(Women - 155 DL / 95 PP    or  Scaled 95/115 DL / 65/75 PP)

Strength Training (Day 3) - Back Squat 6 Reps x 1  (90% Max)
