WOD 11 Aug

10 Rds, with 2 Min rest between Rds, of one of the following (or a combination of) :

Swim 100 meters
Run 400 meters
Row 500 meters
Bike 1000 meters

I'll be at the Track at 10am, if you need me to open the gym, then I'll come over and do so (Licia)
