95/65lb Sumo deadlift high pull
Lateral jumps, over 24" obstacle

  1. This definitely requires you a magnanimous time spent on the treadmill as the best preworkout. These weights are heavy!

  2. For how long should this be done? I hope it works just as well if we take a 5-second rest time in between reps.
