Contact us by e-mail (crossfitrota@gmail.com) or on Facebook to be put on the waitlist for our next On-Ramp.  Be sure to include in your message any previous CrossFit experience you may have.

On-Ramps occur every one to two months but are now unadvertised. When we get to your name on the waitlist, you will be notified with the time and date of the On-Ramp. If you do not respond to us in a timely fashion we will move to the next person on the waitlist.  

The On-Ramp is an opportunity for the coaches to learn about you and your physical capabilities while you learn proper form for some of the foundational movements we use in our Workout of the Day or "WOD".  The On-Ramp is comprised of a one day course which lasts about three hours and ends with a short workout.  Wear comfortable clothes and bring water.
